Volunteer Opportunities
FOR CURRENT CGMC MEMBERS ONLY - 2025 Show
Hello Conejo Gem and Mineral Club Members,
Our Conejo Gem and Mineral Club 49 th “Pageant of 1000 Gems” Show is April 18
and 19.
Volunteers are needed starting Thursday April 16 through Sunday April 19.
Below are the volunteer positions we need filled;
April 16 – 6:30pm to 8pm, meet at our Lapidary shop to load the rental truck.
April 17 – 10am to 9pm Show setup at Borchard Park Community Center.
April 18 – Hospitality Welcoming Guests 9:30am to 12:30pm, 12:15 to 3pm and 2:45 to 5:15pm
- Youth Activates 9:30am to 1:30pm and 1pm to 5pm
- Plants Sales 9:30am to 12:30pm, 12:15pm to 3pm and 2:45 to 5:15pm
- Silent Auction 9:30am to 1:30pm and 1pm to 5pm
- Member Outreach 9:30am to 1:30pm and 1pm to 5pm
- Food 9:30am to 1:30pm and 1 to 5pm
April 19 – Hospitality Welcoming Guests 9:30am to 12pm, 11:45 to 2:15pm and 2pm to 4:30pm
- Youth Activates 9:30am to 1:30pm, 1pm to 5pm
- Plants Sales 9:30am to 12pm, 11:45pm to 2:15pm and 2pm to 4:30pm
- Silent Auction 9:30am to 1:30pm and 1pm to 5pm

- Food 9:30am to 1:30pm and 1 to 5pm
- Dismantling Show 4pm to 8pm (Dinner 6pm-7pm)
