Volunteer Opportunities
FOR CURRENT CGMC MEMBERS ONLY - 2023 Show
Thursday, April 20th (5:00pm): Assist with moving supplies from the Lapidary Shop to the rental truck.
Friday, April 21st (10:00am-9:00pm): Assist with Show set-up – tables, displays, electrical, dealer welcome, etc.
Saturday, April 22nd (10:00am-5:00pm) Show Time!: Assist with Show departments – Hospitality (welcoming guests), Youth Activities (run activities for littles), Silent Auction (display arrangements), Plants (general organization), Member Outreach (introduce CGMC to guests), and Food (purchases and volunteer provisions).
Sunday, April 23rd (10:00am-4:00pm) Show Time!: Assist with Show Departments – Hospitality (welcoming guests), Youth Activities (run activities for littles), Silent Auction (display arrangements), Plants (general organization), Member Outreach (introduce CGMC to guests), and Food (purchases and volunteer provisions).
Sunday, April 23rd (5:00pm): Assist with Show dismantling. Reverse everything! Tear down tables, displays, electrical, etc. and pack everything to return it to the Lapidary shop.
